• Agent Support: Our UK-based agent ensures compliance with local regulations and assists with paperwork.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete shipment details.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations of the destination country.
• Properly package goods to avoid damage.
• Pay all applicable fees, taxes, and duties promptly.

Payment Terms

• Pricing: Prices are based on the type, quantity, and destination of goods.
• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers and credit cards.
• Payment Deadlines: Payments must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

Cancellations and Refunds

• You can cancel a shipment before it is dispatched. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
• Refunds will only be provided for errors on our part or if services were not delivered as agreed.

Customs and Duties

• Customs Clearance: We will facilitate customs clearance but are not responsible for delays, inspections, or additional fees imposed by customs authorities.
• Payment of Duties: You are responsible for all applicable customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country.
